How is the cost worked out?

Each attendee has a yearly salary, daily rate or hourly rate. Yearly salaries are divided by 2,080 working hours and daily rates by 8 hours to get an hourly cost. The meter adds up everyone's hourly cost for the time that has passed.

Does the meter keep counting if I leave the app or lock my phone?

Yes. Time is worked out from when the meeting started, so the figure is right when you come back, even if the app was closed.

Where is my data? Do I need an account?

There is no account. Your crews, history and settings are stored only on your device and are included in your device backup. See the privacy policy.

What does Pro unlock?

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It raises the limits from 1 saved crew to 50 and from the last 10 meetings in history to 1,000, adds stats, and lets you turn off the "Made with Worth It?" footer on shared summary images. The live meter, privacy mode, calculator, currencies, alerts and themes are free.

I bought Pro on another device or reinstalled the app. How do I get it back?

In the app, open Settings, tap Unlock Pro or restore a purchase, then Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Why aren't my cost or time alerts showing?

Alerts are notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for Worth It? in the iOS Settings app.

Where do the exchange rates come from?

From the public ExchangeRate-API service, refreshed when you're online and cached so the app works offline.
